配置文件-mysql非安装版无法启动 报1067错误

在网上查说是配置文件的事。
my.ini复制自my_small.ini。
只增加了
mysql字段
basedir = D:/mysql-5.5.24-winx64
d本文来源gaodai#ma#com搞@@代~&码*网2atadir = D:/mysql-5.5.24-winx64/data
character-set-server=utf8
client字段
default-character-set = utf8

另外在安装时候cmd使用管理员身份启动的。是不是这个有影响？？？

各种查资料各种解决不了。求大神帮忙。
附加：很神奇的是为什么会有 unknown variable ‘default-character-set=gbk’
我根本就没有设置default-character-set=gbk，设置了default-character-set=tutf8也还是这个错误。
